Goji Berries Savory Flan -Vegetarian Nourishing Dinner

Ingredients

 * 2 organic eggs
* 2 tablespoons Goji berries soaked in 3 tablespoons rice wine for 1 hour
* 1/2 cup water
* Salt to taste
* 1 chopped green onion to garnish

 

 

 

 

 

 

Beat two eggs; add salt and 1/2 cup of water. 

 

 

 

 

Steam them in a bowl for 5 min. Sprinkle soaked Goji berries over the top and steam another 2 minutes.
