Pot Stickers

Ingredients

* 1/2 oz of wood ear mushroom, soaked for 2 hours, about one cup
* 1lb ground chicken
* 1 1/2 lb napa cabbage, blanched, chopped very fine and drained
* 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
* 1/2 cup soaked wood ear mushroom, chopped very fine
* salt, white pepper, soy sauce, sugar, rice wine, sesame oil
* 2 tb canola oil
* 1 pkg of Japanese gyoza

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mix ingredients together well. Stuff pots ticker wraps with 1 teasp of stuffing. Seal with water.

 

 

 

 

Heat oil in the pan. 

Arrange pot stickers in the bottom of the pan, making a pot sticker mandala. 

Add 1 cup water and cover.

 

 

 

Cook on high heat for 10 minutes, till liquid is absorbed, and bottom of pot sticker is golden brown.

Serve with soy sauce, worstershire sauce and sesame oil
