Chicken Wings
Ingredients
* 1 lb chicken wings
* 6 shitake mushrooms, soaked and sliced
* 2 tb soy sauce, 1 tb sugar, pepper, 1/2 tb wine
* Sliced matchstick ginger
* 1/2 teasp dissolved cornstarch
* 2 tb canola oil
Marinate chicken wings, soy sauce, sugar, pepper and wine.
Heat canola oil, fry ginger till golden brown. Add chicken wings till golden brown. Add mushrooms, 1 cup water, the remaining marinade and simmer for 15 minutes, covered. Thicken with cornstarch at the end.
