Goji Berries &Jujube Dates Congee

Ingredients

* 1 oz of Goji berry(Gou Qi Zi)
* 1 oz of Jujube dates with pits removed
* 1/2 oz dried Longan fruit(Long Yan) – good for spleen and blood
* 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup of sweet rice

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cook rice, jujube dates and Longan fruit in 8 cups of water for 3-4 hours in the slow cooker on high. Last 10 minutes, add Goji berries(Gou Qi Zi).
