Goji Berries &Chrysanthemum Tea
Ingredients
* 1.5 – 2 tablespoons Goji berries
* 1 tablespoon dry Chrysanthemum flower (
* Honey or rock sugar to taste (optional)
Pour boiling water over the ingredients. Cover and let sit for 10 minutes. Optional sugar to taste. Repeat using the same herbs several times, until the taste is gone.
Function: This is good for any eye problem e.g. eye fatigue from sitting in front of the computer for a long time or red itchy eyes.
