Wood Ear Mushroom Congee with Forbidden Rice 

 

Ingredients

* 1.5 cup forbidden rice, soaked overnight
* 2 cups soaked wood ear mushrooms
* 20 jujube dates with pits removed
* 10 cups wate

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cook all the ingredients in slow cooker for 4 hours on high or cook over night on low.
